"We booked Jamie for an intimate private dinner party to celebrate an engagement. He prepared a 6 course menu, plus some extra treats, everything was delicious and far from what we would normally be eating on a Monday evening! The quality of ingredients was evident, and Jamie also pointed out where he had been able to use particularly local ingredients within the menu - for example, the lamb used for our main coursecame from a farm just 3 miles up the road. Jamie was also able to recommend wines to pair with each of our courses so that we could enjoy these alongside. There is something truly unique about dressing up for a special occasion fine dining meal, to then have it served up personally by the chef in the comfort of your own dining room! 100% would recommend, we will definitely book again in future."

"From start to finish Jamie was approachable attentive and quick to respond. We were asking for (what we thought) was a moon on a stick- we thought it would be impossible- but he delivered and more and made our vision come to light with so many extra nice touches we couldn’t have dreamed of something so amazing for our “holiday at home”. From the incredible breakfasts, the wonderful lunches and the themed evening meals to the wonderful deserts and snacks it’s impossible to pick a favourite meal. The selection and quality of the ingredients cannot be understated and the portions sizes were enormous! The only complaint I have is that next week when we go back to reality it will be a huge shock!!
